A concert of Music and Dance given by Holy Trinity Junior Choir, Young Peoples Dance Group and Young Peoples Music Group. Please note the start time of this concert, which will be followed by complimentary tea and cakes. A retiring collection will be taken after this concert in aid of the work of the Jesse May Trust.
Thursday. 26th. June. 7.30pm
A Concert of Church Music, old and new, given by Holy Trinity Church Choir with Music Group Kerygma. A retiring collection will be taken at the end of this concert in aid of the Holy Trinity Restoration Fund. Free refreshments will be served during the interval of this concert.
Saturday 28th. June. 7.30pm
A B.B.Q. with music by the Panama Jazz Band. This event will be held on the Holy Trinity Vicarage Lawn adjacent to the church (church hall if wet). The ticket price for this event is £6.00. Included in this price is the cost of the band and food. Please bring your own drink. We will provide chairs but you are welcome to bring blankets or camping type chairs if you wish. A raffle will be held on the evening and all proceeds from this event will go to the Holy trinity Restoration fund. Numbers for this event are limited so tickets must be booked in advance by phoning the parish office on 0117 9673627 or Jim Williams on 0117 9498483.
KTM Quiet Weekend 2008 July 18th to 20th Abbey House Glastonbury
The aim of the weekend is to offer a time of stillness away from the rush and bustle of everyday life. We seek to provide an opportunity to be open to God and to listen to whatever he may be saying to us, giving us a chance to reflect prayerfully upon our lives. We 'take over' the house and provide our own programme.
Abbey House is a beautiful and peaceful place overlooking the Abbey ruins, to which we normally have free access as guests. Saturday afternoon will be free.
The theme is 'Knowing God, knowing me'
The cost of the weekend is £99.00 including all meals. (cheques payable to Kingswood Team Ministry) You will need to bring a Bible.
